Services

NEIGE provides game top-ups, virtual currency, virtual items, digital gifts, and related purchasing services. Products are virtual goods or digital services and are not physically shipped. Product details, quantities, limitations, and delivery methods are those shown on the product and order confirmation pages.

Accounts and verification

  • Taiwan accounts must complete the phone verification required by the website.
  • International accounts may verify by email or a social account with a verified email; a phone number is not mandatory.
  • You must provide accurate contact information, protect your account, and never use another person's identity, payment method, or game account without authorization.

Orders and payments

  • Available payment methods depend on the checkout country, currency, and risk review.
  • International PayPal orders may be authorized first and captured only after manual review.
  • The checkout total is the final website price. Currency conversion rates and fees, if any, are determined by the payment provider.
  • We may cancel or request more information when payment is incomplete, details are missing, supply is unavailable, a platform restriction applies, or a risk review is required.

Information you provide

You must verify the game UID, account name, server, region, and selected item before ordering. Contact support immediately if anything is wrong. Once fulfillment begins, correction or refund depends on whether the third-party platform can reverse or amend the delivery.

Third-party platforms

Services may depend on game publishers, PayPal, SmilePay, Google, Discord, or other third parties. Their terms also apply. We will provide reasonable assistance for third-party outages or restrictions, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party availability.

Refunds, fulfillment, and disputes

Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund Policy. Delivery follows the Virtual Goods Fulfillment Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory rights concerning non-delivery, defects, or other protections that cannot legally be waived.
